[14 May 2020, Hong Kong] Edvantage Group Holdings Limited (“Edvantage Group” or the “Group”, stock code: 0382.HK), the largest private higher education group in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (the “Greater Bay Area”), is pleased to announce that the Group has entered into a strategic cooperative partnership with Shenzhen Zhongxingxin Cloud Service Company Limited (深圳市中兴新云服务有限公司) (“Zhongxingxin Cloud”) a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation（000063.SZ; 00763.HK）(中兴通讯), a leading financial shared service solutions provider in China, and together signed a cooperation agreement. By integrating Edvantage Group’s advantages of resources and branding in educational field as well as Zhongxingxin Cloud’s industrial advantages in fields of management consultation, information technology and intellectual services, both parties join hands to continuously promote the integration between industry and education so as to support Edvantage Group’s construction of universities and colleges and vocational skills training to align more with corporations’ actualities, further enhancing the Group’s capabilities of teaching, scientific researching and social servicing, thus cultivating compound application talents adapted to the needs of industrial upgrade.
 
The Group cooperated with Kingdee Group in March this year, it focused on the Group’s management informatization and teaching informatization, the cooperation with Zhongxingxin Cloud emphasised financial sharing and the development of intermediate and advanced financial management talents. The Group has been respectively cooperating with two renowned corporations in fields of financial informatisation and shared services, aiming at continuously promoting our model of talent training under the integration of industry and education in universities and colleges and proactively implementing the national training objective of “1+X” certification system.
Comprehensively Realising Digital Transformation, Constantly Promoting Educational Informatisation
Leveraging its dominant capabilities of areas including innovative management, shared services and information technology, Zhongxingxin Cloud supports Edvantage Group’s teaching, scientific researching, and social servicing abilities in order to constantly promote the Group’s training model under the industry-and-education integration.
 

• Regarding technological innovation, both parties will support the Group’s professional teachers to get in touch with cutting-edge information about scientific researching, such as latest development of corporate informatisation technologies and the research and application of new technologies, with various means.

 

• Regarding the cooperation in laboratory bases, both parties will jointly establish laboratories cooperated by schools and enterprises, such as Smart Service Cloud VR Laboratory, Financial Shared Practice Laboratory and Financial Robot Laboratory. Zhongxingxin Cloud will provide the Group with laboratory-related software and course materials and will regularly optimise and upgrade them.

 
Together Promoting Innovation of Compound Application Talents Development Model, Continuously Implementing National “1+X” Certification System
Zhongxingxin Cloud extends innovative information management technology, modern corporate management concepts and advanced corporate culture to the Group’s professional teaching and social services. Meanwhile, both parties join hands to proactively respond to the government policy on “1+X” certification system, cooperating to develop various certificates and training courses for college students and non-student learners, which enables the Group to constantly expand in the field of vocational education and training.
 

• For college students, 1) both parties will introduce courses with title sponsorship together. Edvantage Group assigns outstanding professional teachers to Zhongxingxin Cloud to conduct industry study, business study and short-term training, while Zhongxingxin Cloud designates field experts and consultants to the Group as part-time teachers and participate in the Group’s professional practical teaching inside and outside campuses. 2) Regarding online certificates and training courses, Zhongxingxin Cloud will provide students with online optional learning modules or certificate training courses for ACCA and GBS etc. 3) Regarding finance profession, both parties will cooperate to develop compound application talents, and Zhongxingxin Cloud sets up online and offline teaching modules, according to concrete teaching contents, and regularly assigns field experts on site as lecturers of offline courses.

 

• For non-student learners, especially professionals with certain industrial experience, both parties will develop high-end corporate talents training programme and build a powerful teaching team to conduct modulised, professionalised and precisionised education.
