[3 Dec 2020, Hong Kong] Edvantage Group Holdings Limited (“Edvantage Group” or the “Group”, stock code: 0382.HK), the largest private higher education group in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (“GBA”), is pleased to announce that the Group was honoured with the 2019/2020 Award of Excellence from The Community Chest of Hong Kong on November 19, 2020, in recognition of the Group's active contribution to the charitable activities of The Community Chest of Hong Kong.  
 
The Community Chest of Hong Kong was established in 1968. It is a non-governmental, non-profit-making, independent financial resource and management organization. It has served Hong Kong for over 50 years. 2020 is a challenging year, but in 2019/2020 year, Hong Kong Community Chest still raised 297 million Hong Kong dollars of donation. These donations will be used for 165 member organizations of the society, benefiting 2.5 million beneficiaries. The Community Chest 2019/2020 Annual Award Ceremony was held in Hong Kong Government House. The ceremony was officiated by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Hon Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, GBM, GBS, and the President of The Community Chest of Hong Kong, Mr. Charles Lee GBM, JP.

On July 16, 2019 (the day of listing), Mr. Liu Yung Chau (middle), the Founder, Executive Director and Chairman of the board of Edvantage Group, donated money to The Community Chest of Hong Kong on behalf of the Group

Its courses will be commenced in November 2020.
